Who is a black figure you look up to?

Black Student Union (BSU) is a club that focuses on diversity. In honor of Black History Month, BSU members revealed who they admire and why.

 

“Misty Copeland because she was one of the first African American dancers and fought through the discrimination to do what she loved.”

“Zendaya because she is an influential women who speaks out against racial injustice and is always a positive figure to look up to”
