This year all of the Advanced Placement tests previously given on paper were taken online. Students completed tests by typing, reading, and taking multiple-choice tests on computers. Some students like the change, and others wish the tests were still on paper.
“Actually, I really liked it because I was able to finish my test faster than I had in the past.” — Junior Calvin Henry“On my APush exam, my computer logged me out of the test halfway through, and they gave me a new computer, but the answers didn’t save.” — Junior Clara LaForge“I think it makes it more annoying for the multiple choice, but then the free response goes by way quicker.” — Senior Hunter Thompson“I like it, but honestly, my eyes are kind of suffering, and the reading is very difficult.” — Junior Mimi Nugent
I love to take photos for the Iliad, and interviewing students for “Talking Heads” is my favorite assignment. My three favorite interests outside of the Iliad are going to the beach with friends, shopping, and playing sports. I see myself going around the world with my future husband, raising a family, and having a successful job. (Class of 2026)
