Summer 2014 is just around the corner and while many of us spend most of the hours in our day sleeping in, going to the beach, or just hanging out with friends, it is quickly quite easy to run out of things to do. Here are some local suggestions:

Knotts Soak City Chula Vista: If you’re looking for something a little different than the typical everyday beach runs or the lazy days out by your backyard pool, Knotts Soak City is the place for you! With a diverse range of water slides, ranging from extreme to mild, a lazy river, and more. You are sure for a good time here this summer.
Mt. Woodson Hike: The Mt. Woodson Hike takes about 3.5 hours round trip and finishes with a much popular picture atop “Potato chip rock” it is sure to have great memories to last a lifetime.
Lake Poway Paddle Boats: At lake Poway, you can ride the paddle boats around the lake or to whatever destination you have in mind, you can take rentals out for options of 30 minute or 1 hour intervals. Although this is sure to give you a strong leg workout, the memories a long with the exercise are unbeatable.by
