Fantasy Football

Typically when we think of football we visualize a crowded stadium filled with screaming fans supporting their favorite team.  We think of high school football games and crazy student sections cheering for their school.  But rarely do we think of virtual football games where the stakes are just as high.

According to Poway High School Quarterback Coach Robert Sevier, “Fantasy Football has become and up and coming trend on the Poway high campus.”

Lately I have been walking around campus and rather than hearing kids rant about Charger results, they are deep into the results of their fantasy games.  Even kids that don’t play football have latched on the found fantasy trend,” Sevier explains.

“The blood dive is a great way for students to make a real impact on those in need, and even save lives. It is a unique opportunity and should be taken advantage of by everyone who is of age.” Asb President Megan miller said.
